Hi, I'm Jillian

As a Functional Medicine Dietitian and Women's Health Specialist, I help women identify and address the root causes of their hormone and digestive symptoms naturally. From chronic low energy, to digestive and skin issues, to horrible PMS, I know first hand what it's like to have your symptoms dismissed by providers and to be told that everything is fine or to "just take birth control".
