Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Energy Bites
Ingredients:
1/2 cup crunchy natural peanut butter
3 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup chocolate protein powder (I like Just Ingredients or PaleoValley brands)
1/2 cup organic old fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup ground flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
A few shakes of cinnamon
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a food processor except for chocolate chips. Pulse until well combined. Add 1-2 teaspoons of warm water if needed. Add chocolate chips and pulse a few more times until combined. Roll into 10-12 balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
