Chocolate Cherry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen cherries

  • 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower

  • 2 tablespoons ground chia + flax blend

  • 30 grams quality chocolate protein powder (I use Paleovalley whey protein + colostrum)

  • 1 teaspoon beet powder - optional but highly recommend for a big boost of antioxidants + beneficial nitrates (I use Pure Synergy brand)

  • 1 cup liquid of choice

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy!

*Pro tip: Add something crunchy like Love Bird cereal or your favorite low sugar granola on top. This encourages chewing which increases the production of important digestive secretions needed to optimally digest and absorb food.
