Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup crunchy natural peanut butter

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 1/3 cup chocolate protein powder (I like Just Ingredients or PaleoValley brands)

  • 1/2 cup organic old fashioned rolled oats

  • 1/3 cup ground flaxseed

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • A few shakes of cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a food processor except for chocolate chips. Pulse until well combined. Add 1-2 teaspoons of warm water if needed. Add chocolate chips and pulse a few more times until combined. Roll into 10-12 balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
