Sea Salt Maple Pecan Energy Bites
Makes about 12-14 balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw pecans 
- 1/2 cup raw almonds 
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut 
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts or 1/4 cup ground flaxseed 
- 1 cup pitted dates 
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup 
- 1 tsp + 1/4 tsp sea salt 
Directions
- Pulse ingredients in a food processor for 1-2 minutes until a dough forms (give it a little time — it will look crumbly at first) 
- Add 1-2 tbsp water or unsweetened almond milk if needed. 
- Form dough into bite size balls and roll in additional shredded coconut as desired. 
- Store in the fridge for up to a week!
