Sea Salt Maple Pecan Energy Bites

Makes about 12-14 balls


Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw pecans

  • 1/2 cup raw almonds

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts or 1/4 cup ground flaxseed

  • 1 cup pitted dates

  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • 1 tsp + 1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions

  1. Pulse ingredients in a food processor for 1-2 minutes until a dough forms (give it a little time — it will look crumbly at first)

  2. Add 1-2 tbsp water or unsweetened almond milk if needed.

  3. Form dough into bite size balls and roll in additional shredded coconut as desired.

  4. Store in the fridge for up to a week!
