Spicy Lemon Roasted Broccoli

Serves 4


RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large or 2 smaller heads of broccoli

  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes

  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • Sea salt

  • Peper

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Rinse broccoli under water and then chop into small florets

  3. Spread out over a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

  4. Season with garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss to coat with oil and spices.

  5. Roast for about 20-25 minutes, stirring half way.
